We are always looking for volunteers!

Are you looking to complete your high school volunteer hours?

The Queensborough Community Centre Committee can use your help with special events.

Examples of events where you can help:

  • Easter Egg Hunt in April: Greeting visitors, setup and cleanup

  • MACKFest Kayak Festival in April: General help, setup and cleanup

  • Queensborough Movie Nights, on the second Saturday of each month: setting up and taking down the screen, projector, wiring and chairs

  • Queensborough's Trail of Terror and Pumpkin Patch in October: setup and cleanup, or being an actor or guide for the spooky trail

Queensborough is a village in the Municipality of Tweed, Hastings County. We are located halfway between Toronto and Ottawa, in Ontario, Canada. It's a beautiful place to visit! Find us here.

Acknowledgement of the Land:
Queensborough is on the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat nation and the Anishinaabeg, and neighbours the Haudenosaunee, the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte. We acknowledge the Indigenous peoples’ stewardship
of this land throughout the ages, and we commit ourselves to continue that stewardship.
