Rental Agreement
The rental fee for an evening event is $75
The rental fee for an afternoon event (such as a bridal or baby shower or children's parties) is $50
The rental fee for events to benefit the community (such as exercise classes) is $25
The rental fee is to be paid prior to the event or when picking up the key. The renter will be held responsible financially for any and all damages that occur during the event. The centre will be cleaned by noon the day after use. All garbage and recycling will be removed. The key will be returned. Any damages will be repaired within 48 hours of the event.
• The centre will be inspected by a QCC committee member following the event.
• Cars are not to be parked on the grass.
• No loud music or noise after midnight.
• Proof of an LLBO liquor licence must be obtained and shown if liquor, beer or wine are in the centre or on the grounds.
• Proof of insurance must be obtained if alcohol is involved.
• The centre must be vacated by 1 a.m.
Use of equipment at the centre:
There is no set fee for borrowing chairs or tables, using the stove, etc. However, we request that a donation be made to the QCC in lieu of a fee payment.
