Playground Project
A group of local parents share the same dream;
to have an inclusive, accessible playgroup at our Community Centre.
In order to make this dream come true, the group has put many hours into
planning and organizing fundraisers while preparing to write many grants.
With the help from Playground Planners, using Little Tikes products
we have created the following playground design keeping everyone in mind.
There are many different ways you can support our project:
Give your input: We are looking for your input; in order to apply for grants, we need data that shows our playground project has the support of our community.

Write a letter of support: A letter of support can go a long way. Writing a personal letter with your thoughts on our project will show founders what a difference our project will make!
Join our fundraising team: Bring your talents to our table. Join our volunteer team to help us reach our goal!

Donate: Our dream will not come true without donors. Come to our fundraisers or donate directly. Interested in making a large contribution? You could see your name on our donor wall!
Participate during one of our fundraisers: In the summer of 2025, we kicked off our fundraising by hosting a community yard sale. For 2026 our team has put together monthy craft nights. See below for more info.
Our goal is to collect $300,000 in donations and grants to fund the ground work to playground equipment.
